What is the best type of wood for cooking?

Hardwoods offer the best variety of flavours and also provide a nice clean burn.

Can I cook with wood pellets?

We do not recommend cooking with wood pellets as the heat output is very high making it difficult to manage the heat. If you are cooking with wood pellets make sure to use certified cooking pellets.

We also do not recommend using cooking pellets for heat as they are much more expensive.
