If for some reason you need to return your Coulee Fire Pit you have 30-days to make a request. The request must be made within 30 days after receiving your Coulee Outdoor product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Please provide proof of purchase while making your request or you will be required to provide the receipt.
To start a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your return has been reviewed, if accepted, we will provide instructions and further steps to complete the return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception, if you see something defective or have a question contact us. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, the fastest way for us to assess is a picture and proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
